Identity and contact data — such as name, company, phone, email, request content and (if any) the faulty-board photo you upload — that you send via the contact/quote forms or through WhatsApp/email are processed. Any analytics/cookie data is collected only with your explicit consent.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your request and quote, carry out product-supply and technical-service processes, contact you, fulfil pre- and post-contractual obligations, and manage customer relations.
Legal Basis
Under KVKK art. 5, your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and — where required — your explicit consent.
Transfers
Only to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, your data may be shared in accordance with legislation with service providers such as email/communication infrastructure providers and logistics/courier partners. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.
Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once the period expires it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
