ABB ACS580 — 3130 Input Phase Loss
Raised when the drive detects loss or severe imbalance on one of the input (mains) phases. DC-link ripple increases.

Symptoms
- 3130 trip under load
- Oscillation/ripple in DC-link voltage
- Increased drive noise/vibration
Probable Causes
- One input fuse blown
- Loose or oxidized mains terminal
- Mains phase imbalance
- Input contactor contact problem
Checkpoints
- Measure the voltage of all three input phases (L1-L2-L3)
- Check the input fuses
- Check terminal tightness and oxidation
- Inspect input contactor contacts
Solution
If 3130 recurs with healthy mains, inspect the input rectifier stage or the DC-link capacitors.
